Dr. Thomas Kranz

Dr. Thomas Kranz is a Family Physician who joined Elaho Medical Clinic in June of 2010, replacing Dr. Judith Fothergill. He completed his Family Medicine residency training at the University of Alberta in 2009, and subsequently became a member of the British Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons.

His medical practice is focused on prevention and wellness – reflecting his belief that healthy lifestyle is crucial both to maintaining his patient’s current good health and aiding their avoidance of long-term disease. Dr. Kranz divides his working hours between his practice at Elaho and the Emergency Department at Squamish General Hospital.

He is the proud father of both a busy little boy and a younger daughter - and when not working or spending time with his wife and young family he can often be found mountain biking, hiking or snowboarding.
